The room was stylish & new-fashioned with a kitchenette. The staff members were all outstandingly accommodating and respectful. The hotel was in a nice location close to nearby attractions, the Pines Motel, and Jerome and Cottonwood.

A decent size, functional rooms with a good mattress, walk in closet, showers, favourable position.

The service here was top-notch and the pool was really nice 😊 We loved having a kitchen in our rooms. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food was tasty. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with a ton of helpful tourist information.

Gorgeous pet-friendly hotel, awesome views, excellent location so close to everything. Location near restaurant, the old town in Cottonwood, and Walmart and grocery stores. For tea or coffee visit Baskin-Robbins nearby;))

The rooms with very large bathroom, cooking facilities. A wide array of good options for meal. The pool area is great too.

The Pines Inn & Suites in Cottonwood is a pet-friendly hotel with a nice building and rooms featuring functional decoration. Its central location provides a comfortable base for discovering Cottonwood. The hotel is found in a very quiet area, and offers friendly check-in and on-site parking.

Staff was very friendly and we were able to stay an extra night with no problem. Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool everyday. Location is convenient to stores, gas stations, restaraunts and close to Jerome and Sedona. Great hotel for the price! Will definately stay again if in the area.

Was a decent place for vacation. The location of the hotel was favourable, close to stores and restaurants. Lucky that it was at walking distance from Subway, offering food to go.

The pool area is fantastic, the rooms are beautifully designed and a good size, and the location is perfect, being close to Cottonwood, AZ and the Verde Canyon Railroad, with great grounds and amenities.

The best thing for us was staff and cleanliness. We stayed 2 days and after the maids cleaned up, the room was as good as when we arrived.

The pool had leaves floating in it when we first swam in it, but was clean from then on.

The location of Pines Inn & Suites was excellent, being not far from Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the kitchenette area was very convenient. I felt safe during my stay, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
